Customers may receive an activation key associated with their purchased product. Programs can verify keys online against the license service.
License duration
Validity varies by product and the plan selected at purchase. Check the product page and your customer account for details.
Devices and activation
Some licenses limit the number of permitted devices. Contact support if you replace your computer or run into an activation problem.
Protect your key
- Never publish your activation key.
- Store it in a secure location.
- Do not try to use a key for a different product.
Expiration or blocking
Activation can stop when a license expires, exceeds its device limit, or is disabled under the terms of use. Contact support if you believe this happened in error.
